FBOKF attended an International Conference in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

A delegation of the Fund of Guarantee Citizens’ Deposits in Banks led by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Abrorkhuja Turdaliev attended an International Conference dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of Kazakhstan Deposit Guarantee System: “Deposit Guarantee System: in an era of structural changes, transformation and new challenges" in Almaty, Kazakhstan on October 23, 2024.

The conference was dedicated to the discussion of the role of deposit insurers in maintaining financial stability, interaction with other Safety-net participants in the formation of a sustainable financial security architecture and effective investment policy, in which deposit insurers from different countries shared their experiences.

Also, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between FBOKF and KDIF in order to strengthen and expand cooperation between the organizations of the two countries.
