Memorandum with the Deposit Insurance Agency of Georgia

The Fund of Guarantee Citizens' Deposits in Banks signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Deposit Insurance Agency of Georgia on July 5, 2023, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

This MOU is a statement of intent to promote cooperation and collaboration on common areas of interest and to coordinate the efforts in the development of the deposit insurance systems of Georgia and Uzbekistan.

Parties agreed to cooperate on various issues related to deposit insurance via holding bi-literal meetings for discussions and presentations, sharing information, research, and reports, and exchanging personnel for more in-depth exchange of experience.
